The Raise3D Pro2 Plus 3D printer prints complex mechanical parts and support a variety of multi-material prints. The Pro2 Plus is electronically driven with innovative components including a dual extrusion system and a unique motion system, delivering  high quality prints.  The dual extruders with retracting hot end mechanisms can print multi-material or multi-colour parts.  The automatic retracting mechanism vastly improves the quality of dual extrusion prints. The dual extrusion system provides better grip and is dual gear driven which prevents slipping, and increases the torque performance four-fold.  Optical filament run-out sensors provide worry-free printing.  The Pro2  features  interchangeable nozzles, precise positioning and unmatched layer resolution.    Interchangeable nozzles include a  0.2mm nozzle for finer x/y detail, precise positioning of 0.78125 micron positioning resolution on the x/y axis, and unmatched layer resolution of 0.01mm layer thickness.   The print head features a dual head with an electronic lifting system of up to 1.5mm lifting distance.  The print head travel speed is 30 – 150mm/s.  The motion controller is a 400MHz ARM Cortex-M7 32bit RISC FPU with industrial grade components, a stand-alone motor driver, and a 256 micro-steps driver system.

The Pro2 Plus 3D printer feature an innovative build plate system that ensures repeatability, with even heat distribution and easy removal.   The aluminium build plate system is made from aerospace grade material, including a high temperature silicone heating bed and a magnetically-held aluminium bed, providing an improved 4 + 9 points lock system. The build plate maximum build plate temperature is 110°C.  High repeatability is a given, with less than 0.005m (5 microns)and the aluminium preventing warping, extending the lifetime of the build plate.

The Pro2 3D Plus printer features RaiseTouch, a 7 inch touchscreen interface and remote wireless compatibility, providing a visual interface for rapid reviewing, visual print progress and full adjustment control.  You’ll be able to see the temperatures of the heatbed, left nozzle and  right nozzle,  the status and progress of the current printing job in minutes  and by percentage. You can also view time left to print, and height of the print.  Integrated setting controls, on-screen assistance, and a visual model selection mode are also available.

The Pro2 3D Plus printer can be used with a variety of filaments up to 300° C, including PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, NYLON, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, Glass Fiber Infused, Carbon Fiber Infused, Metal Fill and Wood Fill.  The filament diameter is 1.75mm, and the Pro2 Series are compatible with flexible filaments. The Pro2 Plus prints a total volume of 56,280 cm³ (305mm x 305mm x 605mm)and the Pro2 prints a total volume of 27,904 cm³ (305mm x 305mm x 300mm) .

IdeaMaker is a powerful slicing software from Raise3D, designed to work with the E2 and Pro2 and Pro2 Plus 3D Printers.  IdeaMaker is an easy to use software that allows you to create and manage profiles to easily switch between settings.  IdeaMaker includes auto-layout for multi-part printing, cross section viewing, and prints in only two clicks.   IdeaMaker allows you to do model repairing and includes advanced features such as adaptive layer height, modifiers, and sequential printing.
