Easy to use for print and cut applications, the Graphtec CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter features Advanced Registration Mark Sensing (ARMS 7.0) system. ARMS is a registration mark sensor for print and cut jobs , which reads registration marks and accurately contour cuts designs that are output from any printer.

The Graphtec CE LITE-50 is versatile, ideal for a wide variety of cutting applications including thinner adhesive back high performance vinyl, delicate window tint films to thicker media including heat transfer graphics for garments and point of purchase and other applications.

The Graphtec CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter delivers high quality results every time and features a rugged design. The ARMS system ensures accurate cutting on registration lines.

SPECIFICATIONS

The Graphtec CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter has a maximum job width of 508mm and a cutting speed of 500mm per second in all directions. The Graphtec CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter has a maximum cutting force of 210gf/ 2.1 N. The CE LITE-50 has a maximum cutting area of 498mm x 3m and a cutting area of guaranteed accuracy of 478mm x 1m. The minimum mountable media width is 210mm (A4 portrait orientation) and the maximum is 508mm/20inch. The mountable media mass capacity is 2.5kg and accepts a 2-inch paper tube (52.8mm to 150mm diameter) and a 3-inch paper tube (78.2mm to 150mm diameter). The blade is made of supersteel, and the media maximum thickness is up to 0.1mm self-adhesive film (vinyl/flourescent/reflective). The CE LITE-50 has a USB2.0 interface and is compatible with Windows 10/8.1/7 and Mac OS X 10.6∼10.11.

The Graphtec CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter feature ARMS 7.0 (Advanced Registration Mark Sensing), an Optical Eye For Continuous Cut Capabilities delivering precise Print & Cut results by using sensors to detect registration marks on the media to accurately align the position of the cutting line to the printed image. ARMS 7.0 detects marks on the media with various colour surfaces. When using sheets, the CE LITE-50 finds the edge of the media and aligns the position of the contour cut line to the printed image without registration marks. The maximum cutting are can be utilised regardless of colour or shading of the media because registration marks do not need to be printed.

The Graphtec CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter includes Cutting Master 4 software, a Graphtec plug-in software for Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. Cutting Master 4 is easy to use, and enables the best performance from the CE LITE-50. It sends cutting data to the CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter and includes a variety of functions including; preview, registration mark creation, tool conditions, cut job settings and more. Trim and crop marks for Adobe Illustrator are available with Cutting Master 4.

The Graphtec CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter includes Graphtec Pro Studio (Windows) software, an easy to use graphic design software for creating original designs. Graphtec Studio Pro has a variety of enhanced creating and editing functions and configures the cutting conditions and other settings on the CE7000 Cutting Plotter. Create designs using auto-shapes, various line types and shading. Edit text by using features such as rotate, mirror, fit to shape and more. Auto-trace is also available using various image formats including bmp, tiff, jpeg, gif and more . EPS, DFX, other raster format files, Ai, CMX and PDF file formats are supported and graphics created with other popular design software can be imported into Graphtec Pro Studio. Graphtec Pro Studio can layer, output by colour, and insert a weeding line. For Macintosh compatibility, Graphtec Studio software is available. Silhouette Studio is included.

The Graphtec CE LITE-50 Cutting Plotter has intuitive operation via the 4.3 inch touch panel located on the front of the plotter. Cutting speed and cutting pressure are set on the the touch panel. The direct key menu keys include copy, cut test, home, move position, and USB offline operation.

The media loads easily into the Graphtec CE LITE-50 with the included roll media stock tray, which supports all roll type media. When the media is loaded, send the pass data only for cut, and simply move the tool carriage to the location where the first registration mark is printed. After the detection of all the registration marks, the CE LITE-50 performs internal processing to correct the cutting position and begins cutting. Print media without registration marks can also be cut using the CE LITE-50 with Graphtec Studio Pro or Cutting Master4 software.

Optional accessories for the Graphtec CE LITE-50 include Graphtec Pro Studio Plus Software. Graphtec Pro Studio Plus Software is an advanced graphic design software for supporting Rhinestone templates and Auto-Nesting. Additional functions include transformation of characters and graphics, automatic sequence number insertion, bar-code creation, templates for rhinestone creation, nesting, directional change of cutting lines, changing cutting order and more.
