This is what’s in the package:
Hand delivery and placement of the printer and removal of packaging.
Safe and environmentally friendly disposal of your old printer.
Set up and installation of your equipment including loading of paper and inks.
Configuring drivers and connection to a single stand alone computer.
User training.

Our team of service engineers have unrivalled knowledge and expertise in all our products and are strategically placed around the country to provide the fastest response times, regardless of your location.
Design Supply’s technical staff are able to respond immediately to telephone enquiries, with significant in-house and in-field response teams, we are totally committed to ensuring that in the unlikely event you have a problem with your machine, it’s back up and running as quickly as possible.
Design Supply can undertake the servicing and/or repair of the majority of Wide Format Printers such as HP, Mutoh, Epson and Canon. If you have such a printer in need of service or repair, why not ask us for a quotation for your particular printer.
We also offer “all in” ink service contracts. You can find out more about these all inclsuive service contracts here.
Our fully qualified HP engineers can service, repair any HP Designjet. We also offer contracts for customers requiring peace of mind. All servicing and contracts are available nationwide. So if your HP Designjets or other brand of large format printer is out of warranty then we can help you.
